Field Lab explores bioelectronic phenomena by capturing, amplifying and mixing electrical forces generated in communication between biological species, such as between trees and humans.
On various occasions, mobile field laboratories have been set up in the forest, in museums and galleries with the capacity to capture the weak bioelectric signals that are then, with the help of technical equipment, transformed into audible sound. The laboratories were carried out for the first time in the National park of Nacka, Sweden during the art event "Skogssalongen" in February and September 2022 and at the PLX festival on Tjärö in August 2022. At the Technical museum and there gallery called The Cell thecell.se the laboratory were using medical equipment to amplify sounds from the human body.
